Cancellation

Elevate Health & Performance operates only with scheduled appointments. You can cancel an appointment with MORE than a 24-hour notice with no charge. However, if a session is canceled with LESS than 24 hours before the scheduled time, we will deduct a session from your pre-purchased package or charge you for that session. We all have sudden changes. Therefore, we do not charge for a client’s first cancellation with less than a 24-hour notice.

However, if elevate cancels a session with MORE than a 24-hour notice, we will try to reschedule within 7 days to ensure continuity in the client’s fitness and health program.

Small Group Personal Training Agreement

At Elevate, our small group sessions run on a biweekly recurring membership. To help keep
your training consistent, we’ve created a policy that balances accountability with flexibility.

Biweekly Billing Terms

● All small group training memberships are billed every two weeks.
● Your sessions are active and available during the current billing period unless otherwise
communicated.
● Once you find a session time that works for you, let your coach know to enroll you in that
same session each week to make sure you have a spot!

Session Cancellation & Banking

We get that life happens! If you need to miss a session:
● Early Cancellation: If you cancel your session at least 24 hours in advance, you won’t
lose it. You will bank these early cancelled sessions.
● Banked Sessions: You can bank any unused sessions for up to 3 months (90 days).
These banked sessions can be used for make-ups or added sessions, based on
schedule availability.
● Late Cancellations or No-Shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours or missed
sessions will be counted as used and not eligible for banking.

Pausing or Canceling Your Membership

● To Pause: Please give us a minimum of 7 days notice before your next billing cycle.
Memberships can be paused for a minimum of 2 weeks and up to 6 weeks. Please
submit our Small Group Training pause form prior to the 7 day notice to allow time for
processing. Each member is eligible for 4 pauses in a calendar year.
● To Cancel: We ask for a minimum of 14 days notice before your next billing cycle to
stop your recurring membership. Please fill out and submit our Small Group Training
cancellation form prior to the 14 day notice to allow time for processing.

Note: Banked sessions will remain active for 90 days from the original session date, even if

your membership is paused or canceled.

No Long-Term Contracts, Just Consistency

We don’t do long-term lock-ins—but we do ask for mutual respect and communication in
regards to cancellations, pauses, or lateness. Our goal is to make training work for your life, while keeping your spot open and your progress moving forward.
