We couldn’t put it any better than Arnold Palmer. Golf looks easy and is very complex.
Compared to many sports golf requires coordinating a series of compound movements. You need core stability, strength, stamina, and rotational power.
Golf’s a process. That makes it hard to get golf ready on your own. That’s why our health partner Tim Hampton created our “Golf Ready Body” training program.
Of course, many of our clients know Tim. And you may know that he’s a serious – and good – golfer.
But you might not know that Tim is a Titleist Performance Institute® (TPI®) Level 2 certified golf fitness professional. And he’s a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist® (CSCS®) from NSCA®.
Tim starts with a TPI® movement screen and swing analysis. This establishes how your golf fitness training program will be built.
Then you work twice a week with our health partner Tim to buff up what’s good and improve on your weak spots.
Every program’s unique, but our common goal is a more consistent and powerful swing. This leads to better accuracy and a better long and short game with fewer injuries.
We work with you on:
- Core stability and strength. This helps power your swing.
- Rotational power. A greater range of movement helps consistency and accuracy.
- This also helps you have a consistent swing
- Increased stamina. You’ll play consistently longer.
