You’ll train in our Rittenhouse fitness training studio. But we also make doing fitness on your own part of your program. We encourage clients to do aerobic exercise every day. Stretch on their own. Exercise moderately every day.

It’s all part of your fitness and health program. Which we create just for you. And then modify it monthly. We do this because you’ll be progressing. And your body will be changing.
