elevate Health & Performance operates only with scheduled appointments. You can cancel an appointment with MORE than a 12-hour notice with no charge. However, if a session is canceled with LESS than 12 hours before the scheduled time, we will deduct a session from your pre-purchased package or charge you for that session. We all have sudden changes. Therefore, we do not charge for a client’s first cancellation with less than a 12-hour notice.
If elevate cancels a session with less than a 12-hour notice, we will credit you with one free session or add it to your pre-purchased package.
However, if elevate cancels a session with MORE than a 12-hour notice, we will try to reschedule within 7 days to ensure continuity in the client’s fitness and health program.
